As a solo parent navigating the delightful chaos of raising daughters, caring for a cat and dog, coordinating with a traveling ex, and managing a long-distance relationship, I constantly felt like time was slipping through my fingers. The slightest curveball—a sick child, a last-minute trip for my ex—meant canceling all my one-on-one clients. No work, no pay, and worst of all, no time for my own movement.

Traditional gyms were never really my thing, but even if they were, fitting in three sessions a week felt impossible. That's when the lightbulb moment hit: I couldn't be the only one facing this challenge! I needed to create something that worked for me first, something that would also enable others to access short, enjoyable, feel-good movement from the comfort of their homes.

And so, MwE was born! It's not just about providing classes for my members; it's about me working out alongside you. My workout becomes your workout. Plus, being outdoors is my passion, so you can easily take our sessions into your garden or pair them with a walk or jog. MwE is about making movement accessible, enjoyable, and flexible for real life.

I created the MwE membership specifically for busy women. It’s designed to be accessible, affordable, and achievable. No matter how little time you have, my program seamlessly fits into your daily schedule, proving that short bursts of exercise can deliver significant positive benefits, making you feel more confident, happier, and in control.I truly believe exercise should be an enjoyable, non-negotiable daily habit, much like brushing your teeth. It's about enhancing both your lifespan and your "healthspan"—putting more life into your years.

My true joy comes from seeing women achieve their goals, whether it's boosting strength, increasing energy, or simply feeling fantastic in their own skin. I'm committed to taking the "chore and bore" out of exercise, and making movement fun.
