I'm live from 9-9:30 am UK time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Here's a quick look at our weekly schedule:
Monday, 9-9:30 am: Lower Body Focus (Legs & Abs)
Wednesday, 9-9:30 am: Upper Body Focus (Arms & Abs)
Friday, 9-9:30 am: Full Body Workout (All muscle groups)
Each 30-minute session is focused, energising, and easy to follow, with variations to suit all levels. While you can use resistance bands or light weights if you have them, every exercise can be done equipment-free too.
These three weekly sessions are all you need to stay consistent, feel stronger, and move with confidence. And don't worry if you can't make it live – recordings are always available after the class, so you can move whenever it suits your schedule!
