Here’s the plan…

Total Body Work-out in 3 & 30 minutes

Each session will be a combination of upper and lower body strength work, LiiT (low intensity interval training) or HiiT (high intensity interval training, mobility and core (where we will increase our heart rate and work the abdominals).

You can use weights or go equipment free. The choice is yours and either way you will have a great workout.

We will target all your muscles each week with 3 x 30 minute sessions.

I'm all about functional and simple fitness and making exercise fun, because why would you subscribe to something that feels like a chore, right?

If you are getting started, coming back or keen to build a routine I've got you. I promise it will be non-intimidating, comfortable, safe and accessible. My theory is that engaging in any movement is better than doing nothing, something is always better than nothing, remember that.

It is normal to experience blocks, that inner critic that says we don't have time, this is too difficult... but I will help you build your confidence and get your mojo back at your pace and in the comfort and safety of your own home. The Move With Emma membership is created to be convenient and time-efficient and you can complete the workouts like nobody's watching.

You may be considering this after an injury, I understand how overwhelming it can feel and that it will take time. You may also compare your current self with your former level of fitness which is only going to make you feel defeated as it will take time and patience and I will be there to support you through. We are all on this journey together.

When working with clients one of my main focus is meeting them where they are at in terms of level and about making it fun and enjoyable. We will work together to raise you up to enjoy working on your health in a community of your peers.

Just doing it is enough! The more you move the more you want to move and the more you enjoy the session the more likely you are to keep coming back which helps you create a consistent routine. Even if you are not feeling 100% come along and do what you can do as it is consistency over a long period of key that is key and will achieve sustainable results.

Don't overthink it, just do it. And know that you will always feel better afterwards.
